The project "Déjà Vu" involves two subjects, a boy (and later adolescent) and his dog (Snoopy) and the two very opposite concepts of "change" versus "repetition".
The sense of change, of time passing, comes from seeing the child grow and the way his clothes and hair differ according to the style of the time.
What always remains the same is the repeated action in the photos: the kid holding the dog, or with the dog near him. The same pose revisits the same moment year after year, as some kind of Déjà Vu.
